Why LabelsForDVDs.com?

Editing photos and graphic images in Photoshop is one of my favorite hobbies. Since purchasing the Epson R260 printer with the ability to print labels directly on printable DVDs I have created hundreds of Photoshop DVD labels and wanted to share them. I created LabelsForDVDs.com expressly for that purpose.

I make every attempt to NOT stretch the image and distort the image subjects.  Except where special effects create unusual skin tones, I try to make them as realistic as possible.

Download Epson CD Print software ~ to print CD / DVD labels

I have read reports that you cannot download the Epson CD print program from the Epson Website. Therefore I have made the program available for download here.

Download Photoshop CD/DVD Label Templete

The Epson R260 printer drivers use the (A4 210mm x 297 mm) International paper standard to print CD/DVD labels making other labeling software and other Photoshop CD/DVD labeling templates unusable. Therefore I have created my own Photoshop templates which you can download here.  The default mask uses CD/DVDs with the samllest center hole of 21mm.  If your printable media uses a different size you can find the appropriate mask in the channel layers.

Download the Label to Your computer

Click on the DVD label of interest and then right-click on the full image and select “save as” to download to your computer. Use either the Photoshop template above or the CD/DVD label software that came with your printer to print the labels.

All DVD labels are created by editing images downloaded from Google image search, except on movies where images are not available ~ in that case I capture screen snapshots from the movie itself to make labels.

I hope you enjoy them.
